These terms apply to your use of the Perfomax app, operated by Veyare. By downloading or using Perfomax, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

What Perfomax is

Perfomax provides guided pelvic-floor training — personalized programs, exercises, progress tracking, and educational content. It is a fitness and wellness app intended to support general training. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Health disclaimer

Always use Perfomax sensibly and within your own comfort. The app isn't a substitute for professional medical care. If you have a medical condition, are in pain, or have concerns about your health, talk to a qualified healthcare provider before starting or continuing. If symptoms persist, see a doctor.

Your account

You sign in with Apple or Google to use Perfomax. You're responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for the activity that happens under it. Perfomax is intended for adults only.

Subscriptions

Perfomax offers an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Any free trial converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.

Using the app

Perfomax is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the app, or use it in any way that breaks the law.

Ownership

Perfomax — its name, design, programs, and content — belongs to Veyare. These terms let you use the app; they don't transfer ownership of it.

Disclaimer & liability

Perfomax is provided “as is.” We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any particular result will follow from using it. To the extent permitted by law, Veyare isn't liable for any loss arising from your use of the app.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. When we change the terms, we'll revise the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Perfomax means you accept the updated terms.
