Delete your account

This page lets you permanently delete your Perfomax account and all of the data associated with it. Perfomax is published by Veyare LLC. You can do it yourself below — no need to email us or wait for a reply.

How to delete your account

  • Enter the email address linked to your Perfomax account.
  • Confirm on the warning screen. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone — once you confirm, your account and everything in it are erased for good and cannot be recovered.

You can also do this from inside the app: open Perfomax, go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm.

Deleting your account permanently erases it and all your data. This cannot be undone — you won't be able to recover it.

If you signed in with Apple

Perfomax accounts are created with Sign in with Apple or Google. If you used Apple and chose Hide My Email, the address on your account is a private relay address ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com, not your personal address. You can find it in your iPhone Settings under your name → Sign in with Apple → Perfomax. If you can't locate it, email us at general@veyare.com and we'll take care of it.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes everything we hold for you: your profile and onboarding answers (name, goals, age and relationship details), your pelvic-floor test history, your training progress, streaks and achievements, your referral records, and any feedback you sent us — along with your sign-in identity itself.

Anything stored only on your phone is removed when you delete the app from your device.

Timing & retention

The moment you confirm, your account and all associated data are permanently deleted. There is no grace period and no way to recover the account or its data afterward, so please be sure before you confirm.

Subscriptions are billed by the App Store or Google Play and are not cancelled by deleting your account. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple or Google account settings. We keep no copy of your data after deletion, other than minimal records we may be legally required to retain (such as transaction records for tax purposes).
